Future Forests Project CIC · Glastonbury

Restoring nature, one tree at a time.

We grow native trees in Glastonbury and plant them with the people who live here.

Nursery: Bridies Farm, Glastonbury, Somerset

13%

of the UK is woodland. The European average is around 40%.

From seed

We grow trees from seed gathered on local walks.

Organic practices

Grown the natural way, with mycorrhizal fungi and seaweed feed.

Somerset

Local projects, shaped by the people who live with them.

Why we exist

Somerset needs more woods. Help us grow them.

Native woodland is one of the best things we can give the next generation: cleaner air, wildlife, flood protection, places to breathe.

So we grow native trees from local seed, plant them with volunteers, and look after them until they can look after themselves. We’re a community interest company, so our profits go back into trees and people.
